Neodymium Magnets are made from an alloy containing, the elements Neodymium, Iron and Boron (NdFeB) by powder metallurgical process and mechanical machining. The sintered NdFeB magnets are the strongest type of magnet commercially available and are manufactured in a wide range of shapes, sizes and grades. Sintered NdFeB are the key functional materials for modern industry and are found more and more extensive applications in all walks of life. NdFeB tolerances are typically +/-0.1mm,but +/-0.05mm or tighter is achievable. NdFeB is so brittle, wall thickness is expected to be more than 0.8mm, and maximum magnetizing thickness is about 55mm. As NdFeB is easily to corrode, coating is a necessary process. Electro plating, electrophoresis epoxy are often applied. Color could be black, grey, silver and golden etc. For note, our standard NdFeB is rated to +80 deg C. We offer the whole range of NdFeB magnets with maximum Energy Product (BHmax) ratings from 35 MGOe to 52 MGOe (N35 to N52) and with a maximum operating temperature rating ranging from +80 deg C to +230 deg C (Nxx up to NxxVH / NxxAH, where xx is the Maximum Energy Product in MGOe). The complete range of grades is shown in the table below. |
