Access to XMLHttpRequest at '...' from origin '...' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

说明:如果后端iis部署,也有可能不是跨域的问题,而是应用程序池里对应的程序停了.
